A space for understanding yourself and finding a way forward.

Insight-oriented psychotherapy for adults navigating life's challenges.

Welcome.

With 21 years in private practice, I provide thoughtful, insight-oriented psychotherapy for adults experiencing significant life transitions, relationship difficulties, and emotional distress.

My work includes helping individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, parenting challenges, and difficult relationship patterns. Through a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship, I help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop greater clarity and confidence in their lives.

A particular focus of my practice is supporting individuals through separation, divorce, and high-conflict relationships. This includes situations involving coercive control, emotional manipulation, and challenging co-parenting dynamics. I help clients manage emotional distress, process grief and loss, establish healthy boundaries, and make thoughtful decisions as they move through these difficult transitions.

I provide individual psychotherapy for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, everyday relationship difficulties, and parenting challenges. My approach emphasizes self-understanding, emotional well-being, and greater awareness of the patterns that influence our relationships and daily lives.

High-Conflict Divorce & Separation

Supporting individuals through the emotional challenges of separation and divorce, particularly when a relationship involves conflict, controlling behavior, or emotional manipulation. Therapy provides a space to process difficult emotions, establish boundaries, and make thoughtful decisions during an often overwhelming time.

Helping individuals recognize and understand patterns of coercive control, emotional manipulation, and unhealthy relationship dynamics. Therapy can support greater self-trust, clearer boundaries, and more confident decision-making in relationships that have been confusing or emotionally distressing.

Supporting individuals who struggle with emotional distress, heightened reactivity, or difficulty maintaining composure during challenging interpersonal interactions. Therapy focuses on understanding emotional responses and developing healthier ways to manage conflict, communicate effectively, and respond with greater intention.

Helping individuals gain clarity when facing complicated personal, relational, and family decisions. Our work focuses on understanding competing emotions, identifying personal priorities, establishing appropriate boundaries, and developing confidence in making decisions that reflect one's needs and values.

Supporting individuals as they process the loss, anger, uncertainty, and changes in identity that can accompany separation and divorce. Therapy offers an opportunity to grieve what has been lost while rebuilding confidence, independence, and a meaningful sense of self.

Co-Parenting & Difficult Family Dynamics

Helping parents manage challenging co-parenting relationships, particularly when communication with a former partner is contentious or emotionally draining. Our work focuses on establishing healthy boundaries, reducing conflict, and developing practical strategies that support both parents and children.
